The project covers about 1 million square meters of land, but only 140 individual prominent villas are available, with the littlest plot covering 3,995 square meters.

After purchasing the land, the buyer can construct and design the villa according to the preferences and requirements. The owner of this project is not required to pay the property management fee.

The project targets luxury houses with large plots. There are 85 villas with more than 5,000 square meters (half a hectare). Some of the lands are larger than a football field (7,140 square meters). Villa specification: the maximum area of the first floor of the villa should not exceed 20% of the land area. Only one individual villa can build on each plot. It can build up to two floors, and the basement can assemble as well. The outdoor area can construct a private swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court or golf driving range by the owners' preference.

There is a 7.05-hectare park with a 4,895 square meter residential clubhouse on the east side of Phase A. Facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court, lawn bowling alley, barbecue area and seating, natural hiking trail and jogging trail. It expects to be available for free to residents of the project until 2024, after which a limited annual membership fee and maintenance fee may charge as a subsidy.
