Chelsea Waterfront 樓盤

Cheung Kong Property Holdings is set to launch Chelsea Waterfront, a collection of luxury apartments situated on the north bank of the Thames with breathtaking river views.

Two glass towers of 37 and 25 storeys; The Metropolitan Building converted from the iconic Power Station into residential apartments; low rise apartments on the River’s edge set around landscaped water gardens, all connected by three new interlinking bridges across the creek.

The first buildings are due for completion in mid-2017; Chelsea Waterfront is set in the heart of one of London’s most historic and sought after areas with good transport links across London to some of the best schools and universities in the country.
